Saunas West Coast is dedicated to offering authentic wood-fired heat therapy sauna sessions in a breathtaking coastal setting. Our mission is to make sauna therapy accessible and immersive, promoting physical and mental well-being for all while supporting sustainable tourism on New Zealand's West Coast. Our team are passionate about creating a community that shares wellness tips and experiences.

Our first Sauna is located at the Cobden Tip-head breakwater in Greymouth on the beautiful West Coast. This sauna seats 8 comfortably and is open to the public. The age restriction is 15 years and above.
